Celebrating birthdays is all about creating a culture of recognition. BC is a platform where the entire EFL team celebrates birthdays of the employees monthly.
Family Connect
‘Family Connect’ is a platform to connect employee’s families with EFL. The family members get to know about EFL and its culture and values. Family members also get an opportunity to interact with the EFL Directors and senior members, thereby creating an open culture for everyone.
Picnic
EFL organises an annual picnic for all the employees with a view to creating a culture of openness and bonding. It aims at reducing employee stress.
Team Bonding Activities

PAT on the Back
EFL believes in recognising the hard work of employees and honours their inputs by giving ‘Pat on the Back’ (PAT) awards to the employees who perform exceptionally in their respective areas of expertise. These awards are also given for any innovation that employees bring to the organisation.
