ABOUT THE JOB:
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Principal / Manufacturers Relationship:
- Creating and maintaining relationships with manufacturers / Principals.
- Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.
- Driving the field to achieve the desired results.
- Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development andpositive contribution to the company.
- Guiding and Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and therebyidentifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets.
Credit and Operations Management:
- Ensure smooth functioning of Credit and Operations Department
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels;
- maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
