ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Key Functions and Responsibilities:

    Principal / Manufacturers Relationship:

    • Creating and maintaining relationships with manufacturers / Principals.
    • Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.
    • Driving the field to achieve the desired results.

    Team Management:

    • Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development andpositive contribution to the company.
    • Guiding and Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and therebyidentifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets.

    Credit and Operations Management:

    • Ensure smooth functioning of Credit and Operations Department
    • Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels;
    • maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.

Qualification:

Any Graduate,Any Post Graduate
