We realize the talent needs the right opportunity. The Management Trainee program in EFL is a focused and structured intervention to transform and nurture the right talent.

Every year, the company inducts fresh management graduates in different streams of management from various Management Institutes.

New recruits not only contribute to our current business, but are also groomed for future managerial roles in the organization.

In this program, the MTs are provided focused functional and on the job training at various levels which includes-

 

  • Functional and behavioural training at Head office
  • E-learning modules
  • Cross functional training with different departments at Head Office
  • Factory industrial visit to get the right exposure
  • On the job assignments, on the job training at various branches
  • Regular feedback and assessments
  • Assigned seasoned buddy for effective handholding

We have a rigorous process for assessment, which provides them regular feedback. This program provides a predefined and structured career path in the organization.

After successful completion of the training, they are absorbed in their respective functional department.

Management Development Program

 

At EFL, we believe in the overall professional development of our employees, our future leaders. The Management Development Program is a focused and structured intervention to transform our people from the Executive level to a Managerial role in the organization. The Program is designed to give complete exposure in the Functional and Behavioral aspects and to develop the capabilities to handle a critical role in the organization. This program helps our employees to grow into a Manager role, through hands on learning and after gaining a complete understanding of the business.

Woman Leadership Program

 

Woman Leadership program is specially designed to help woman employees to develop competencies needed to advance into future leadership positions. It is focused on advancement of woman in the workforce.
